New Skills for ChatGPT + Google Business Profile actions

Today we explore marketing smarts to support customer interest and enhance trust.

Keep Your Google Business Profile Fresh

Regular Posts

Your Google Business Profile can expand your reach with regular posts – similar to how you might on Facebook or LinkedIn.

Simple updates about your clinic, new team members, functional tests you offer, or general insights into natural health are all effective.

Weekly posts on health tips and insights about naturopathic or functional medicine treatments can be highly effective.

Update Your Working Hours

Ensure your working hours are always up to date, especially during public holidays. If you’re planning a temporary closure or extending your working hours, be sure to update this information.

Add Photos and Videos

Regularly add new photos or videos of your clinic, team, or the treatments you offer. This gives potential clients a glimpse of what to expect and creates a sense of familiarity before they even contact you.

Health Information Updates

As a health practitioner, sharing updates related to natural health, new research in the field, or debunking common health myths can provide significant value to your followers and position you as a thought leader in your field.

Avoid stepping on regulatory toes by keeping the information broad, without offering specific treatment advice.

Reviewing the the ChatGPT Demonstration
from The Modern Practitioner Webinar

I’ve had a number of requests about the prompts I used in the live demonstration.

If you missed this demo, you can watch the replay here:

Apologies for the rushed version during the webinar. It usually takes more time to develop this process – and, of course, to edit the final content to add your voice, heart and spirit.

I have included the ChatGPT prompts demonstrated in the above webinar session. You can either follow along and use these prompts to get a similar result, or you can edit them to suit your clinical focus.

ChatGPT Prompts For Your Reference

Prompt:

What are the most common online programs delivered by Naturopaths?

After ChatGPT delivered results, the topic of “Hormonal Balance” was chosen by webinar participants for further prompting.

Prompt – to ‘prime’ ChatGPT on our target market and goals:

[Avatar] = Women over 50

[Niche] = Natural Health

[Product/Service] = Hormonal Balance Programs

[Primary Goal] = Generate interest in our programs

Further research prompts (one by one) followed:

List 20 of my [Avatar] needs and problems when [Primary Goal]

How does my [Product/Service] solve my [Avatar] problems when [Primary Goal]?

What are my [Avatar] top 20 goals and motivations when [Primary Goal]?

What are my [Avatar] pain points and objections to buying when they are trying to [Primary Goal]?

Next, we started copywriting development.

It is usually good to ask for an outline first.

Prompt: Write the outline for an online program for [Avatar]

Then we focused on the copy needed to create a landing page for your website:

Prompt: Write the outline of a landing page for my website for this [Product/Service]

Based on the outline ChatGPT started writing the copy for the landing page:

Prompt: Write the landing page, advise where to add images or graphics, include H2 and H3 subheadings and use the AIDA format.

AIDA is a marketing model, useful for landing pages and sales conversion:
(Attention, Interest, Desire, Action)

Once you have this draft landing page copy, it is now time to review and edit it. Fact-check the content and adjust the language to suit your voice. You can also ask ChatGPT to go back and write sections if you want them shorter or longer, friendlier, more informative, etc.

Next we moved to email marketing for the program:

Prompt: Write three introductory emails for this program

As mentioned, this was a quick version showing ChatGPT and AI’s power to support your creative processes.

Now It’s Your Turn…

Experiment with your own prompts on ChatGPT, and let us know your results. We will be happy to hear from you.
